Intimidated or unfamiliar with exercise?  Afraid to try Yoga?  Not anymore!  Take advantage of all of the health benefits of Yoga without getting down on the floor.  This is for those who are fit, as well as those that have been sedentary or post-rehabilitation.  Improve posture, balance, coordination, and flexibility.  Maintain bone and muscle strength, decrease back and joint pain, improve circulation, digestion, and respiration, strengthen immune system, elevate mood and bring more clarity to mind.  Have fun in a positive environment.
