Clinical Medical Assistant - Career Development Program

INFORMATIONAL SESSION AND A REQUIRED ORIENTATION

Learn hands-on clinical skills needed for employment in medical facilities. Instruction includes phlebotomy, EKG, medication administration, various in-office diagnostic testing, CPR/First Aid certification, body mechanics, anatomy/physiology and patient care. This course will benefit those already working in the medical field who need to refresh themselves in the clinical area and also those needing full instruction of clinical skills. Students successfully completing the course will sit for the Patient Care Technician certification. Payment plan available.

Pre-Requisites:	High School Diploma or GED, assessment testing, first injection of the Hepatitis B Series of inoculations and TB test
